Refund and Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety, Velora Elle keeps skincare orders final after delivery while still helping with damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

No Returns

Because personal care products must remain safe and sealed, Velora Elle does not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description so the team can review the issue quickly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed for products that are damaged in transit, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
